Amanda & Tim’s Java House Engagement Session

Amanda and Tim are Bay Area natives who live in London. They are getting married in the Bay Area this summer and were visiting from London to finalize wedding plans; and to meet up and do their engagement session. Fortunately for them the weather just cleared up and we had a wonderful sunny spring day. Since the light at the first location wasn’t quite right yet (we returned in the evening) we drove around in my car to check out some spots along the Embarcadero in San Francisco. We ended up at Red's Java House for a couple of beers. Red's Java House is a San Francisco institution and many Giants fans have their “warm up ritual" there -- beer and burgers. I've always wanted to incorporate the Java House into a shoot, since I really love its authenticity and the eclectic wall art. Amanda and Tim pointed out a framed advertisement for a photographer (check out the text in the first image below), it was really fitting for our shoot and we got a good laugh out of it. Amanda and Tim I hope you enjoy the pics, I had  a lot of fun.
