Stunning Wine Country Wedding
When Zoe and Jason were planning a trip to the Napa Valley Wine Country for a short get-away, they had no idea that they would eventually end up having their dream wedding there. Zoe and Jason live in New York City, and wanted to find a wedding venue that would accommodate their families traveling from South Korea, as well as their friends, who would join them from the East Coast. Since they were going to travel to the Napa Valley area anyway, they decided to research some Napa Valley wedding venues online, and immediately fell in love with the idea of a Napa Valley Wine Country wedding. After some research they found the perfect wedding planner and wedding venues, and of course they found the perfect wedding photographers too 😉 Zoe and Jason both wanted a cosy and intimate wedding; with guests arriving from all over the world, it was important to them to find an area that would be enjoyable for everyone making the long trip.
In Zoe's words: "We wanted simple and elegant decors that would bring out Napa's unique elements; vineyards and grand vista for the ceremony and wine barrels and candle lights for the reception venue." Well, we think it all just worked out beautifully.

Zoe's wedding dress, designed by
Berta, was one of the most beautiful and creative wedding dresses we have ever seen; Zoe just looked stunning in it. The dress was modern, yet had a classic and timeless elegance.
Zoe and Jason first met over 10 years ago, and fate would bring them together years later; well, fate being that Jason is Zoe's best friends brother. Zoe never forgot their first meeting and remembers Jason's wit. She insists that Jason always had a crush on her, something he still won't admit to.
On the day of the wedding some unseasonable thunderstorms were moving through the area, and we constantly checked the weather radar on our smart phones, but luckily the rain kept its distance from the ceremony site. We still had dramatic clouds, which made for some great pictures.
Zoe and Jason are total opposites; she works for a nonprofit children's organization, while he is a Wall Street Banker.
For their honeymoon, Zoe suggested going to see the penguins at the Boulders Beach in South Africa, and Jason agreed. Zoe also booked a white shark cage diving experience, and Jason agreed to that too. We have to check in with them and see how that all worked out.
